For the second year in a row, South Range art students have taken first place in the Paint-A-Plow contest that is part of the District 4 Roadeo. This year, there were 16 participants from all six counties. Students had to come up with a design that incorporated something school-related and also road safety. The students at South Range chose to design their plow with characters from the popular film 'Frozen.' South Range students, Cole Durina and Cole Berry, helped lay out the design of the plow and did a large portion of the painting. The winning plow will be on display with ODOT at the 2014 Canfield Fair.
