Winners at the Mahoning County Art Show will be recognized May 7 at the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center. The show, open to all county high school students, is organized and sponsored by the Mahoning County Educational Service Center. Boardman High School will showcase ten students winning fourteen different awards. Each student will be awarded a ribbon at the MCCTC.
Winners from Boardman High School include:
Jordyn Bricker--second place in photography; Luke Carabbia--second place in charcoal; Caroline Constantinovich--honorable mention in colored pencil; Lucia DeChurch--first place in photography and District Award; Sarah Demetruk--second place in colored pencil; Kacey Dickey--honorable mention in photography; Meiyu Dong--second place in metals; Catie Groubert--third place in photography; David Scioirtino--first place in computer graphics, first place in printmaking and third place in photography; and Breann Strasik--first and third place in colored pencil
