If that is how they are going to instill confidence in these boys by showing them that even when your teammates are not doing their job they will still play and you will sit the bench does not sound like a great idea to me. Then we went to the "B" game and I saw an unbelievable site. The select 11 (as one of the 12 plays on the B team) removed their helmets and pads as to say we are more important than you guys so we don't have to stay dressed. These 15 boys on the "B" team had to stay in complete uniform while the select 12 played their game so why did they not have to stayed in complete uniform while the other boys got to show what they can do. There were some terrific plays made by the "bench boys" in this B game. There is a lot of talent out there but these coaches are only focusing on the select 12. Open your eyes coaches and start looking at the talent you have in the other 15 boys you have sit the bench. These boys m
