July 25, 11:05 a.m. -- Following a call to Dollar General, 4996 Market St. regarding a shoplifter, a 15-year-old Boardman female was charged with theft.

3:22 p.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a shoplifter, John J. Dimick Jr., 27, 110 Adams St., Campbell, was charged with theft.

8:22 p.m. -- Following a call to Macy's, 7401 Market St., regarding a shoplifter, a 13-year-old Youngstown male was charged with theft.

11:09 p.m. -- Following a call to U.S. 224 and Market Street for a motorist brandishing a firearm, Timothy J. Kubala, 41, 37 Midwood Circle, Boardman, was charged with aggravated menacing.

11:13 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Christina M. Habbe, 20, 2444 Knollwood Ave., Poland, was charged with two counts of drug abuse, illegal possession of dangerous drugs, and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

July 26, 3:11 a.m. -- A phone booking was conducted with the Mahoning County jail regarding Matthew J. Sharp, 33, 215 Chris Ave., Washingtonville, who was under two Boardman warrants for theft.

3:46 p.m. -- Following a call to Sears, 7401 Market St., regarding a shoplifter, Michaelyn M. Purucker, 38, 3250 Canfield Road, Youngstown, was charged with theft.

4:34 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Midlothian Boulevard, Susan R. Ferry, 37, 2306 S. Glenwood Ave., Niles, was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia, and was taken into custody on a Mahoning County warrant for failure to appear.

4:45 p.m. -- Following a call to J.C. Penney's, 7401 Market St., regarding a person trying to return stolen merchandise, Marla M. Bryner, 29, 23 South Portland Ave., Youngstown, was charged with receiving stolen property.

5:01 p.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a shoplifter, a 16-year-old male and a 14-year-old female, both from Jacksonville, Fla., A 16-year-old Columbus female, and a 14-year-old Columbus female, were all four charged with theft.

6:07 p.m. -- Following a call to Sears, 7401 Market St., regarding a shoplifter, Thomas J. Barrett, 18, 459 Woodland Ave., Salem, was charged with theft.

11:02 p.m. -- Following a dispatch to the Holiday Inn, 7410 South Ave., regarding a 9-1-1 hang up, Daniel R. McVeigh, 24, 7548 Wilton Road, Darian, Ill., was charged with domestic violence.

July 27, 4 a.m. -- Custody was taken from Austintown Police of Elijah J. Taylor, 34, 346 Mistletoe Ave., Youngstown, who was under a Boardman warrant for theft.

2:22 p.m. -- Following a call to The Guitar Center, 7380 Market St., regarding a person trying to sell stolen merchandise, Jarrett L. Ortiz, 30, 3667 Sheridan Road, Youngstown, was charged with receiving stolen property, and Christopher J. Thomas, 28, 2111 Buckeye Circle, Youngstown, was charged with receiving stolen property and obstructing official business.

4:39 p.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a shoplifter, Rakeya L. Crafter, 22, 137 Brooklyn Ave., Youngstown, and Dequan I. Cole, 28, of the same address, were each charged with theft.

8:10 p.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a shoplifter, Abigail Vittorio, 29, 1846 Leland Ave., Poland, was charged with theft.

July 28, 10 a.m. -- Following an interview on post regarding a theft at a Kiosk in the Southern Park Mall, Paige A. Ross, 21, 137 Piccadilly St., Campbell, was charged with theft.

1 p.m. -- Following a scheduled interview on post regarding the theft of a cash deposit at Shell, 998 E. Western Reserve Road, Jeanette K. Kelly, 41, 3003 Oak St., Youngstown, was charged with theft.

July 29, 2:29 a.m. -- Following a call to Miller Rod and Gun, 5140 Youngstown-Poland Road, regarding a wanted person, Kevin S. Neely, 32, 163 South Surry Road, East Liverpool, was charged with domestic violence.

4:34 a.m. -- Following a call to 6061 Applecrest Court regarding a person sleeping in the landing, Austin C. Chace, 21, 4037 Fairfield School Road, Leetonia, was charged with a probation violation.

9 a.m. -- Michelle L. Dutton, 34, 120 Country Green Drive, Youngstown, turned herself in on charges of theft of dangerous drugs.

5 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Midlothian Boulevard, Candido Bezares Jr., 53, 874 E. Lucius Ave., Youngstown, was cited for driving while under suspension and was taken into custody on a Mahoning County warrant for failure to appear.

July 30, 7:18 p.m. -- Following a call to Thalia Avenue regarding a female walking in the roadway, Amber P. Rothwell, 30, 1125 Thalia Ave., Boardman, was taken into custody on Austintown warrants for drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.
