July 19, 3:45 p.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave., regarding a shoplifter, Donna M. Filipowicz, 42, 1182 N. Meridian Road, Austintown, was charged with theft.

July 20, 12:14 a.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue, Luke D. Hamrock, 24, 411 Rockdale Ave., Boardman, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired.

2:59 p.m. -- Following an observation of a vehicle at 5555 Mahoning Ave. involving a wanted person, Robert L. Watson Jr., 23, 119 S. Main St., Austintown, was taken into custody on a Mahoning County Court 4 warrant for failure to appear on driving under suspension and expired registration charges.

10:24 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on South Raccoon Road, Celine A. Green, 18, 221 S. Inglewood Ave., Austintown, was charged with possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

July 21, 11:41 a.m. -- Following a dispatch to St. Elizabeth Hospital regarding a wanted person, Macara L. Pullins, 36, 4833 Westchester Drive, Austintown, was taken into custody on a Mahoning County Court 4 warrant for failure to appear on falsification charges.

July 22, 2:54 p.m. -- Following a call to 212 Westminister Ave. regarding a neighbor dispute, Sarah V. Greenwalt, 30, 215 Westminister Ave., Austintown, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

4:23 p.m. -- Following a call to 352 Forest Hill Drive regarding a disturbance, Peter S. Harasyn, 35, of that address was charged with domestic violence.

4:42 p.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave., regarding a shoplifter, John A. Turney, 21, 21 Sheridan Ave., Niles, and Sonya D. Jenkins, 45, of the same address were each charged with theft.

July 23, 1:24 a.m. -- Following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle at 5431 Seventy-Six Drive, Justin S. Snowden, 26, 216 W. Churchill Road, Girard, was taken into custody on a Delware County warrant for failing to comply with a court order.

July 24, 9:22 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Raccoon Road, Phylicia M. Chalker, 24, 10 Robert St., Vienna, was taken into custody on a Newton Falls Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on theft charges, and Matthew A. Pielech, 23, 435 W. 48th St., Shadyside, was cited for driving while under suspension.

July 25, 3:16 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Collins Avenue, Pamela C. Dailey, 18, 17546 Denver St., Lake Milton, was charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments.

July 26, 7:40 p.m. -- Following a call to 59 Kenmar Court regarding a burglary in progress, Angelica J. Sturkie, 24, 30557 Bonnie Court, Wickliffe, was charged with aggravated burglary and was cited for drug paraphernalia.

July 27, 1:08 a.m. -- Following a call to the Beach Shack, 5516 W. Webb Road regarding a large fight, Jeremy J. Hall, 30, 703 Fenton St., Niles, was charged with disorderly conduct.

3:28 a.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue, Elijah J. Taylor Jr., 34, 346 Mistletoe Ave., Youngstown, was taken into custody on a Mahoning County Court 2 warrant for theft.

1 p.m. -- Following a call to St. Elizabeth Hospital regarding a female involved in a domestic violence incident, Jack C. Wolfgang, 49, 3805 Frederick St., Austintown, was charged with domestic violence.

July 28, 3:27 a.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Seventy-Six Drive, Brad M. Walker, 20, 258 E. Auburndale Ave., Youngstown, was charged with drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.

6:02 p.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave., regarding a shoplifter, Elaine C. Speicher, 39, 1439 Lincoln Ave., Mineral Ridge, was charged with complicity to theft, and Ross M. Vaughn, 28, of the same address, was charged with theft and possession of criminal tools.

6:37 p.m. -- Following a call to Dunkin Donuts, 4812 Mahoning Ave., regarding a welfare check on a female in the parking lot, Evan T. Mikulka, 29, 261 Talsman Drive, Canfield, was charged with obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

July 29, 10:07 a.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave., regarding a shoplifter, Shachara L. Lewis, 24, 2144 Niles Road, Warren, was charged with theft, Ashley L. Cofield, 24, 1612 Jackson St., Warren, was charged with theft and obstructing official business, and Kori J. Bennett, 25, 1925 Southern Blvd., Warren, was charged with drug abuse-heroin.

July 30, 7:39 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop at state Route 11 and Mahoning Avenue, Robert P. Kendall III, 24, and Kristen G. Kendall, 29, both of 3134 Dearborn St., Youngstown, were each taken into custody on Trumbull County warrants for tampering with records and theft.

During the period, the department also handled:

30 reports of theft.

19 domestic calls with no arrests.

7 reports of criminal damaging.

3 reports of identity theft.
