Help Hotline to offer recovery courses

The Help Hotline Crisis Center Inc. recovery program will over two 10-week mental health educational courses in Youngstown and Warren this summer for those suffering with a mental health or substance abuse issue.

The program, called BRIDGES (Building Recovery of Individual Dreams and Goals through Education and Support), offers hope and help to learn to live the best life under any circumstances.

In Youngstown, the course starts from 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 4 and continues for every Monday evening held at the Help Hotline Community Center. In Warren, the 10-week course is offered at Trumbull Memorial Hospital starting from 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 5 and continues every Tuesday.
