July 2, 2:53 a.m. -- Following a call to the I-680 southbound exit ramp to U.S. 224 for a person passed out behind the wheel, Tachieka M. Williams, 23, 416-1/2 South Main St., Poland, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, open container and impeding traffic flow.

11:34 a.m. -- Following a dispatch to 808 Edenridge Drive regarding a wanted person, Robert J. Judy, 44, of that address was taken into custody on a Poland warrant for theft.

6:06 p.m. -- Following a call to Boardman-Canfield Road and West Boulevard for a vehicle crash, Devon R. Sowers, 20, 36 Willow Drive, Boardman, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for assured clear distance.

11:11 p.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a shoplifter, Sierra M. Whitney, 28, 722 Miller St., Youngstown, was charged with theft and was taken into custody on a Liberty warrant for theft.

July 3, 9:40 a.m. -- Following a dispatch to St. Elizabeth Hospital on Belmont Avenue in Youngstown regarding a wanted person, Lucrietia O. Ifft, 36, 7359 Westview Drive, Boardman, was taken into custody on two Boardman warrants for domestic violence.

1:56 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Oakridge Avenue, Elijah J. Taylor, 34, 346 Mistletoe Ave., Youngstown, was taken into custody on a Columbiana County warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges.

6:46 p.m. -- Following a call to J.C. Penney's, 7401 Market St., regarding a shoplifter, a 16-year-old Youngstown male was charged with theft.

July 4, 1:46 a.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Market Street, Thomas G. Soich, 61, 7123 Glendale Ave., Boardman, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, and was cited for a marked lanes violation and left of center.

7:57 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Midlothian Boulevard, Michael J. Rosa, 28, 6712 Powell Blvd., Portland, Ore., was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia, possessing weapons under a disability, and trafficking in drugs, and was cited for improper display of plates and driving while under suspension.

July 5, 12:51 a.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Market Street, Donald W. Brown, 40, 433 Summit Ave., Niles, was charged with drug abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while under suspension, and was cited for no rear license plate light.

July 6, 2:08 a.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Market Street, Astraea S. Dunlap, 34, 38 Katherine St., Struthers, was charged with two counts of drug abuse.

6:24 p.m. -- Custody was taken from Ohio Highway Patrol troopers of Joseph R. Murphy, 20, 240 Center Street, East Liverpool, who was under a Boardman warrant for unlawful restraint.

9:44 p.m. -- Following a call to a Havenwood Drive residence regarding a physical altercation, a 15-year-old Boardman male was charged with domestic violence.

10:27 p.m. -- Following a call to the Sciota Avenue area for a vehicle with occupants smoking marijuana, Kayla A. Winner, 19, 4646 Norquest Blvd., Austintown, was cited for possession of marijuana.

11:22 p.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a shoplifter, Damian E. St. John, 35, 50 South Whitney Ave., Youngstown, was charged with theft.

11:45 p.m. -- Following a traffic stop on Market St., Lonnie L. Roth, 35, 1506 Chattanooga Ave., Poland, was charged drug abuse-heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and drug abuse instruments, and was taken into custody on warrants for probation violation out of Boardman and Campbell.

July 7, 3:54 p.m. -- Following a call to The Hair Depot on Market Street regarding a domestic situation, Ronald L. Robinson Jr., 27, 1450 Victor Ave., Youngstown, was charged with domestic violence.

4:35 p.m. -- Following a call to Best Buy, 561 Boardman-Poland Road, regarding a shoplifter, Cathryn A. Peters, 32, 2315 Old Furnace Road, Youngstown, was charged with theft.

July 8, 11:57 p.m. -- Following a call to 5034 Aravesta Ave. regarding a vehicle crash, Kami T. Vechiarelli, 47, 233 Forest Park Drive, Boardman, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and failure to maintain reasonable control.

July 8, 6:10 p.m. -- Following a call to Sears, 7401 Market St. regarding a shoplifter, Dana J. Yerage, 20, 5 E. Wallace Ave., New Castle, Pa., was charged with theft.

July 9, 2:28 a.m. -- Following a call to Straley Lane regarding a vehicle crash, Jacquelyn E. Weems, 28, 4123 Baymar Drive, Boardman, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and assured clear distance.

4:45 p.m. -- Following a call to Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a shoplifter, Jeremy R. Hinkle, 24, 2104 Stewart Drive, Warren, and Cory V. Williams, 24, 1974 Bonnie Brae, Warren, were each charged with theft.

9:10 p.m. -- Custody was taken from Austintown Police of Robert A. Kennedy Jr., 27, 58 N. Kimberly Ave., Austintown, who was under a Boardman warrant for aggravated burglary.

Police also responded to the following during the period:

8 reports of criminal damaging.

5 reports of telecommunications harassment.

2 reports of identity theft.
