Members of the Aut Mori Grotto presented a check for $2,000, the proceeds from the 2013 Monarch's Golf Outing, to representatives from Akron Children's Hospital Mahoning Valley. The donation will be used to support Alex's Playground, which is located on the hospital's Beeghly campus in Boardman.
The 2014 Aut Mori Grotto Monarch's Golf Outing was held on June 21 at Lakeside Golf Course in Lake Milton. Proceeds will benefit Akron Children's Hospital Mahoning Valley.
'The members of the Aut Mori Grotto have been helping children in our community for many years, and we are so honored that they have selected our local children's hospital as the beneficiary of this event,' said JoAnn Stock, Akron Children's director of development.
