BABY POGRAMS

-- Baby Brilliant: Bonding with Babies--For caregivers and their little ones ages 6 to 23 months. Twenty minutes of language enrichment including rhymes, songs and stories.

* Austintown library, 10 a.m. June 17 and 24

* Boardman library, 10 a.m. June 20 and 28

* Poland library, 10 a.m. June 18 and 25

KIDS PROGRAMS

-- Summer Fun at the library: beat the heat and some cool games 2:30 p.m. June 28 the Poland library

-- Gotta Move Story Time: Caregivers and children ages 2 -5 can act out stories and rhymes, sing and dance, and talk and play 10 a.m. June 12, 19 and 26 at the Austintown library.

-- Read with Mr. Puppet: Ventriloquist and puppeteer Bob Abdou visits the library, bringing music, science, magic and more 10 a.m. June 16 at the Poland library

-- It's Mad Science: Kids ages 3 and up can join the scientists from Mad Science of Northeast Ohio 2 p.m. June 16 at the Austintown library.

-- Jungle Terry and his traveling zoo: Join Jungle Terry and learn about animals 3 p.m. June 17 at the Canfield library.

-- Lego My Library: Children ages 6 and up can enjoy creating Lego designs 6 to 7 p.m. June 17 at the Poland library.

-- Family Story Time: stories and fun for children of all ages 10 a.m. June 18 and 25 at the Boardman library

-- Summer movies: Bring snacks and drinks to enjoy while watching a newly released DVD rated G to PG-13 at 2:30 p.m. June 21 at the Austintown library.

-- Spy Kids Training: Use science to uncover clues and solve mysteries 11 a.m. June 25 at the Austintown library.

-- Sensory Story Time: Designed for children with different needs, including those with autism, speech / language delays, cognitive impairments, AD/HD and other challenges. Children can enjoy books, music and sensory stations 2 p.m. June 28 at the Boardman library.

TWEEN PROGRAMS

-- Steampunk Jewelry: Children in grades 5-12 can take boring hardware and make cool jewelry 2:30 p.m. June 19 at Austintown library.

-- Second annual creative writing camp: Kids going into graded 5-8 are invited to register four the library's week-long writing camp. Each two-hour session will be filled with writing prompts, games and group activities. Registration is limited. The camp is from 9 to 11 a.m. June 23-27 at the Boardman library.

TEEN PROGRAMS

-- Teen Advisory Board Meetings: Help plan and support teen activities at the library. Next meeting is 6:30 p.m. June 25 at the Poland library.

ADULT PROGRAMS

-- And the Rest is History Book Club: Join the informal discussion covering all areas of history, including historic eras, people, places and more 6 p.m. today at the Austintown library.

-- Cookbook Club: Discuss grilling cookbooks and share recipes and grilling tips for summer at 7 p.m. June 16 at the Boardman library.

-- Discover Who You Are Genealogy Discussion Group: Join the informal discussion group and share your research tips, experiences and more 6 p.m. June 25 at the Austintown library.

-- Eat Dessert First Book Club: Socialize with food lovers by sifting through cookbooks and learning new recipes at 6 p.m. June 26 at the Austintown library.

-- Local author, artist and musician event: Meet local authors and artists on the library patio from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. June 28.
