12:57 a.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, John A. Meadows, 18, 2848 Julian St., Youngstown, was charged with theft.

1:45 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Milltrace Avenue while working the OVI Task Force, a 17-year-old Boardman male and a 17-year-old Youngstown female were each charged with underage possession of alcohol.

3:50 a.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, James E. Whitten, 44, 718 Grant St., Franklin, Pa., was charged with theft.

8:27 a.m. Following a dispatch for a wanted person at 6300 South Ave., a 17-year-old Boardman male was taken into custody on a Trumbull County JJC pick up order for menacing.

10:42 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Market Street, Eiland Ralph Jr., 35, 2676 McGuffy Road, Columbus, was cited for open container.

May 5

5:23 p.m. Custody was taken from University Heights Police of Serena M. Billingsley, 46, 7337 Bellerive Drive, Solon, who was under a Boardman warrant for passing bad checks.

6:59 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Salinas Trail, Virginia L. Skarada, 33, 875 Afton Ave., Boardman, was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

7:05 p.m. Following a call to 440 Mathews Road regarding a fight, Ceyanie D. Dubose Jr., 19, 1651 Elm St., Youngstown, was charged with two counts of domestic violence, felonious assault, and obstructing official business.

May 6

12:50 p.m. Custody was taken from Trumbull County deputies of Dominique D. Jones, 28, 1120 Roemer Blvd., Farrell, Pa., who was under Boardman warrants for theft and assault.

3:55 p.m. Following a call to Southern Auto Parts, 7124 Southern Blvd. regarding a suspected theft in progress, David M. Leach, 44, 806 Churchill Road, Girard, was charged with theft and was taken into custody on two Mahoning County warrants for failure to appear on theft charges.

7:38 p.m. Following a call to 6075 Applecrest Court regarding a dispute, Latoya T. Ramey, 30, of that address, was charged with littering.

May 7

4:32 a.m. Following a call to 875 Cook Ave. regarding a verbal argument, Gary S. Soulcheck, 57, of that address was taken into custody on a Mercer County, Pa., warrant for failure to appear on OVI charges.

12:06 p.m. Following a traffic stop at 8590 Market St., Gerald E. Shuster, 45, 1114 Hartzell Ave., Niles, was taken into custody on a Warren warrant for a probation violation.

May 8

9:11 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Midlothian Boulevard, Aaron M. McGuire, 28, 117 Wychwood Lane, Boardman, was taken into custody on a Mahoning County warrant for failure to appear and was cited for driving while under suspension.

Police also responded to the following during the period:

14 domestic disputes with no arrests made.

37 reports of theft.

1 report of criminal damaging.

6 reports of telecommunications harassment.
