April 24

9:25 a.m. Following a dispatch to Boardman High School regarding a wanted juvenile, a 15-year-old Boardman male was taken into custody on a Mahoning County Juvenile Court order of apprehension.

5:12 p.m. Following a call to the Hampton Inn, 7395 Tiffany South regarding a suspicious person, Michael R. Ramun, 30, 6659 Sturbridge Place, Poland, was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.

April 25

8:11 p.m. Following a traffic stop on South Avenue, James K. Colian Jr., 26, 922 West Pershing St., Salem, was charged with drug abuse instruments, and was cited for speeding and driving while under suspension.

April 26

1:31 a.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, Ciera A. Johnson, 25, and Marcus K. Merchant, 26, both of 722 W. Laclede Ave., Youngstown, was each charged with theft.

2:48 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Modonda Drive, Daniel P. Miller, 39, 2854 Spitler Road, Poland, was charged with obstructing official business, driving while under an OVI suspension, and was cited for a red light violation, no turn signal and open container.

4:08 a.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, Ja'Lisa J. Jethroe, 22, 1769 Ferndale Ave., Warren, was charged with theft and was taken into custody on a Niles warrant for larceny.

3:43 p.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, a 17-year-old Boardman male was charged with theft.

3:58 p.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, James J. Sheets, 27, 1534 Midland Ave., Youngstown, was charged with theft and criminal trespassing.

8:35 p.m. Following a call to Macy's, 7401 Market St. regarding a shoplifter, a 13-year-old Canfield male was charged with theft.

10:49 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard, Jennifer L. Phelps, 35, 480 Sixth St., Struthers, was charged with possession of heroin and a controlled substance, and was cited for two headlights required.

11:15 p.m. Following a call to 423 Flagler Lane regarding a protection order, a telephone booking was conducted with the Mahoning County Jail on Daniel R. Parker, 27, 133 Parkgate Ave., Youngstown, who was in violation of a protection order.

April 28

10:45 a.m. Daniecia D. Turner, 21, 7605 Red Fox Drive, Boardman, turned herself at the Boardman Police Station in on charges of passing bad checks.

April 29

2:22 p.m. Following a call to Boardman Center Middle School regarding the theft of a Dell Vue Tablet, a 13-year-old Boardman male was charged with theft.

April 30

12:30 a.m. Following a call to Taco Bell, 458 Boardman-Canfield Road regarding a vehicle striking a light pole in the parking lot, Thomas P. Ferrara, 44, 7493 Huntington Drive, Boardman, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, and was cited for a lanes-of-travel violation and failure to maintain reasonable control.

11:37 a.m. Diana L. Day, 49, 833 Adams Ave., Warren, voluntarily turned herself in on a Boardman warrant for theft.

8:33 p.m. Following a call to Family Dollar, 4030 South Ave. regarding a shoplifter, Elena V. Atyim, 19, 4461 South Ave., Boardman, was charged with theft.

10:57 p.m. While standing by on Pine Hill Drive for a separate incident, Timothy P. Craik, 33, 2659 Oak Forest Drive, Niles, was taken into custody on a Niles warrant for failure to appear on fraud charges.

May 1

1:52 p.m. Custody was taken from Youngstown Police of Jerome L. Campbell-Atkins, 38, 124 West Princeton St., Youngstown, who was under a Boardman warrant for theft.

9:38 p.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, a 17-year-old Poland male was charged with theft.

May 2

12:43 a.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, Ellett Johnson, 51, 212 Curry Place, Youngstown, was charged with theft.

29 reports of theft.

1 report of criminal damaging.

3 reports of telecommunications harassment.

4 reports of identity theft.
