March 30

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Nero Ramirez-Ortiz, 27, 521 East Sixth St., Salem, was charged with no operator's license and was cited for a stop sign violation.

Following a traffic stop on Boardman-Canfield Road, Stephanie Coman, 32, 2333 Birch Trace, Austintown, was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for failure to transfer registration.

Following a traffic stop on Shields Road, Robert D. Tullio, 18, 117 Danbury Road, Boardman, was charged with underage possession and was cited for speeding in a 25 mph zone, and a 16-year-old Boardman male was charged with underage consumption and a curfew violation.

March 31

A Jan. 19 investigation into property damage at 54 Oakmont was closed after restitution was made by an insurance company.

Following a pedestrian-vehicle crash on Timber Run, Amy Wittman, 48, 571 Stoneybrook Lane, Canfield, was cited for a violation of administrative rule.

April 1

Following a traffic stop on Wadsworth Street, Ashley Croley, 28, 158 South Lakeview Ave., Youngstown, was cited for improper display of license plate.

Following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street, James Cvengros, 20, 37 South Cedar Ave., Niles, was cited for speeding (50 in a 35 zone).

Following a traffic stop on West Main Street, Eddie Solivan, 32, 577 East Third St., Salem, was charged with possession of drugs.

April 2

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Anita Lundy, 33, 450 Falls Ave., Youngstown, was charged with possession of drugs and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

Following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street, Jacob Mitchell, 19, 7053 West Blvd., Boardman, was charged with failure to reinstate.

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, James Bell, 19, 31142 Georgetown Road, Salem, was cited for an expired registration.

Following a traffic stop on West Main Street, Deborah Gedeon, 56, 1330 Beaver Circle, Columbiana, was cited for speeding in a school zone (35 in a 20 zone).

Following a traffic stop on South Broad Street, Joshua Seely, 29, 1133 Prospect St., Salem, was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for a lighted lights violation.

Following a two-vehicle crash on East Main Street, a 17-year-old Berlin Center male was cited for improper backing.

Following a traffic stop on Boardman-Canfield Road while working with the OVI Task Force, Alexandrea Rivera, 22, 4290 Nicolina Way, Canfield, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

April 5

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, a 16-year-old Struthers male was cited for speeding (55 in a 35 zone).

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Michael Reid, 20, 2 Arms Blvd., Niles, was charged with failure to reinstate and was cited for illegal sunscreen material.

Following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street, Joshua Messenger, 22, 2785 Cunningham Road, Salem, was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for two brake lights required, and he was turned over to Columbiana County deputies on a warrant for failure to appear on driving under an OVI traffic charge.

Police also handled the following during the period:

1 two-vehicle crash with no charges filed.

2 domestic disputes with no charges filed.

2 reports of telecommunications harassment.
