10:40 p.m. Following a call to Fairfield Inn, 801 North Canfield-Niles Road regarding an intoxicated person in the lobby, Phillip C. McNeal, 27, 3267 Red Fox Run Drive, Warren, was taken into custody on a Warren Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on domestic charges.
