4:22 a.m. Following an investigation at Struthers Auto Mall, 4375 Mahoning Ave. regarding a male laying in the parking lot, Anthony J. Latessa, 33, 716 Samuel Ave., Youngstown, was charged with disorderly conduct.

5:42 p.m. Following a call to Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave. regarding a shoplifter, Amy M. Pecorelli, 30, 665 Battles Ave., Niles, was charged with theft.

April 5

10:40 p.m. Following a call to Fairfield Inn, 801 North Canfield-Niles Road regarding an intoxicated person in the lobby, Phillip C. McNeal, 27, 3267 Red Fox Run Drive, Warren, was taken into custody on a Warren Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear on domestic charges.

April 6

12:46 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Westminster Avenue, Marika R. Kinloch, 25, 174 North Brockway Ave., Youngstown, was taken into custody on an Austintown warrant for receiving stolen property.

4:02 a.m. Following a call to 269 Westminster Avenue regarding a male attempting to break in, Jacob E. Hall, 21, 2613 Rexford Road, Youngstown, was charged with burglary.

April 8

6:59 a.m. Following a call to 352 Idlewood Road regarding a domestic situation, Dominick V. Chicase, 21, of that address was charged with domestic violence, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

8:16 p.m. Following a call to 4585 Kirk Road regarding a credit card theft report, Lucas A. Hammond, 23, of that address was charged with theft, drug abuse (heroin), and possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments.

April 9

3:42 p.m. Custody was taken from U.S. Marshals Task Force of Kenny W. Stanton III, 28, 4801 Glenwood Ave., Boardman, who was under a Mahoning County Court 4 warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation.

April 10

1:35 p.m. Following a call to Mahoning Avenue regarding a male walking out into traffic, Raymond G. Bell, 54, 5538 Mahoning Ave., Austintown, was taken into custody on a Mahoning County Court 4 warrant for failure to appear on criminal trespass and disorderly conduct charges.

6:40 p.m. Following a traffic stop on South Raccoon Road, Daniel R. Farah Jr., 28, 1338 Bexley Drive, Austintown, was taken into custody on a Mahoning County Court 4 warrant for failure to appear.

During the period, the department also handled:

23 reports of theft.

10 domestic calls with no arrests.

3 reports of telecommunications harassment.
