March 29

1:15 a.m. Following a traffic stop at an undisclosed location, Dalton J. Smith, 20, 215 Edgewater Drive, Austintown, was taken into custody on an Austintown warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia.

10:08 p.m. Following a call to Austintown Elementary School, 245 Idaho Road, regarding a male subject yelling in front of the school, Brett L. Nickerson, 20, 1674 Laurie Drive, Austintown, was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated and was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital for head injuries.

March 30

2:45 a.m. Following a call to Denny's, 4927 Mahoning Ave. regarding a problem with a customer and possible firearm involved, Matthew T. Sprankle, 23, 670 South Lipkey Road, North Jackson, was charged with disorderly conduct.

2:49 a.m. Following a call to 1066 Compass West regarding a physical argument, Natasha Taylor, 22, 1066 Compass West, Austintown, was charged with domestic violence, and Raymond D. Allen III, 24, 190 East Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, was charged with drug abuse (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

3:01 a.m. Following a call to Perkin's, 5550 Interstate Blvd. regarding a customer threatening an employee, Ryan S. Vaughn, 24, 12200 Palmyra Road, North Jackson, was charged with criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.

3:28 p.m. Following a traffic stop on North Meridian Road, Courtney M. Eberly, 28, 759 South Lincoln Ave., Alliance, was charged with driving while under suspension and Danielle M. Ferguson, 28, 1323 Arch Ave., Alliance was taken into custody on a Goshen Township warrant for theft.

4:57 p.m. Following a call to Arthur Treacher's, 4451 Mahoning Ave. regarding an intoxicated person, Gail M. Miconi, 57, 244 South Davis St., Girard, was charged with disorderly conduct.

March 31

6:53 p.m. Following a call to 40 North Edgehill Ave. regarding a domestic situation, Robert J. Truslow Jr., 24, 40 North Edgehill Ave., Austintown, was charged with domestic violence.

April 1

12:34 a.m. Following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle at Bill's Place, 4771 Mahoning Ave., Tacarlia S. Bennett, 37, 459 Almyra Ave., Youngstown, was charged with drug abuse and was cited for an open container in a motor vehicle.

April 2

12:06 a.m. Following a call to 112 Idelwood Ave. regarding a fight, Michael E. Hiet Jr., 34, of that address was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.

8:24 p.m. Custody was taken from Youngstown Police of George P. Adams, 39, 132 Matta Ave., Youngstown, who was under a Mahoning County Court 4 warrant for a probation violation.

1:34 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Oakwood Avenue, Margarita L. Lopez, 28, 1956 Manhattan Ave., Youngstown, was taken into custody on A Liberty warrant for failure to appear.

10:00 a.m. Custody was taken from Mahoning County deputies of Adam D. Swauger, 26, 282 North Edgehill Drive, Austintown, who was under a Mahoning County Court 4 warrant for domestic violence.

April 3

1:25 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Oakwood Avenue, Eric A. Viera, 29, 420-1/2 North Dunlap Ave., Youngstown, was charged with drug abuse, and Efrain C. Torres, 24, 1956 Manhattan Ave., Youngstown, was cited for driving while under suspension.

April 4

4:22 a.m. Following the discovery of a male subject laying on the wet pavement at Struthers Auto Mall, 4375 Mahoning Ave., Anthony J. Latessa, 33, 716 Samuel Ave., Youngstown, was charged with disorderly conduct.

During the period, the department also handled:

9 reports of theft.

19 domestic calls with no arrests.
