An investigation continues into a hit-skip crash at 100 Cardinal Drive.

March 14

Following a two-vehicle crash on East Main Street, Chester Kaschak, 71, 7425 South Palmyra Road, Canfield, was cited for improper lane usage.

March 17

Following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street, Richard Colapietro, 36, 460 South Raccoon Road, Canfield, was taken into custody on a Columbiana County warrant for failure to appear on an OVI charge.

Following a dispatch to Federal Plaza West, Youngstown, Jonathon Spiker, 42, 441 West School St., Salem, was taken into custody on a Canfield Mayor's Court warrant for failure to appear for driving under suspension charges.

Following a traffic stop on West Main Street, William Keck, 35, 48 Edwards St., Canfield, was charged with possession of dangerous drugs, drug instruments and drug paraphernalia, and was cited for illegal sunscreen material.

Following a traffic stop on U.S. 224, Steven Kergan, 25, 8131 Stadler St., Boardman, was charged with drug possession and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

March 18

Following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue in Austintown while working with the OVI Task Force, Theodore Fecko II, 34, 4143 Kay St., Youngstown, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

Following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street, Thomas Woolf, 31, 622 Woodland Ave., Salem, was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for an inadequate exhaust.

Following a two-vehicle crash on West Main Street, Danny Ketterman, 34, 12173 Berlin Station Road, Berlin Center, was cited for assured clear distance.

March 19

Following a traffic stop on Calico Lane, William E. Enderton Jr., 51, 2075 Weir Road, Warren, was charged with driving while under suspension.

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, Steven M. Centofani Jr., 30, 8190 Richey School Road, Hanoverton, was cited for a seatbelt violation.

Following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street, John R. Stuckey Jr., 30, 367 Hawley Ave., Salem, was cited for a seatbelt violation.

Following a traffic stop on West Main Street, Johnathon Phillips, 24, 585 Columbiana St., Salem, was charged with drug possession and possession of drug instruments, and was cited for a traffic light violation.

March 20

Following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street, Christian Smith, 28, 2553 Lexington Ave., Salem, was cited for an expired registration.

Following a traffic stop on East Main Street, John Lumpkin Jr., 60, 410 Norwood Ave., Youngstown, was charged with driving while under suspension and was cited for an unsafe vehicle.

Following a traffic stop on West Main Street, Seth Anderson, 21, 365 Ewing Road, Boardman, was charged with falsification and was cited for an inadequate exhaust.

March 21

Following a traffic stop on Herbert Road, David C. Chapman, 61, 8518 Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, Poland, was cited for speeding (45 in a 25 zone).

Following a traffic stop on West Main Street, John H. reed, 65, 367 Wildwood Drive, Youngstown, was cited for speeding in a school zone (35 in a 20 zone).

March 22

Following a traffic stop on West Main Street, Mary Francis, 18, 131 Erskine Ave., Boardman, was charged with drug possession, and a 17-year-old Beloit male was charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Following a traffic stop on fairground Boulevard, Ashley king, 23, 12082 Leffingwell Road, Berlin Center, was cited for speeding (41 in a 25 zone).

Following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street, Thomas Semple Jr., 39, 1400 Red Oaks Drive, Girard, was cited for an expired license plate.

Police also handled the following during the period:
