March 21

11:47 a.m. Following a call to Kmart, 1209 Boardman-Poland Road regarding a shoplifter, Amanda M. Dodd, 23, 4007 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was charged with theft.

3:25 p.m. Following a dispatch to 1990 Mathew Road for a wanted person, Raymond Gallaugher, 38, 1990 Mathews Road, Poland, was taken into custody on a Beaver Township warrant for domestic violence.

3:38 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Market Street, Latonya Owens-Jennings, 39, 937 Cornell St., Youngstown, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, and speeding in a school zone (47 mph).

5:02 p.m. Following a dispatch to 1235 Barbie Drive to serve a warrant, Fayza N. Zarour, 55, of that address was taken into custody on two Canfield warrants for violation of a protection order and a Canfield warrant for aggravated menacing.

11:29 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Willow Drive, Elizabeth M. Fludd, 38, 24 South Garland Ave., Youngstown, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and driving while under suspension, and was cited for a turn signal violation and open container.

March 22

2:43 a.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, Misty R. Mattocks, 48, 4492 Ohio 339, Belpre, was charged with theft.

3:35 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Market Street, Carla T. Edmonds, 42, 597 West Warren Ave., Youngstown, was taken into custody on a Niles warrant for theft.

11:19 p.m. Following a call to 5624 Southern Blvd. regarding a vehicle with stolen items in it, Christopher S. Woloschak, 30, of that address was charged with receiving stolen property.

March 23

12:15 a.m. Following a traffic stop on South Avenue, Devoun M. Fletcher, 21, 22 Terrace Drive, Boardman, was taken into custody on an Alliance warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

2:13 a.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, Henry A. Garner, 50, 3531 Hillman St., Youngstown, was charged with theft and was taken into custody on a Franklin County warrant for a parole violation.

1:12 p.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, Edna L. Hector, 30, 238 Cameron Ave, Youngstown, was charged with theft and resisting arrest, Phillip J. Carter, 54, 2465 Stocker Ave., Youngstown, was charged with theft, and a 16-year-old Youngstown female was charged with complicity to theft.

4:48 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Market Street, Robert L. Polojac, 44, 317 East Grant St., East Palestine, was taken into custody on a Mahoning County warrant for failure to appear for a probation violation hearing.

7:00 p.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, a 17-year-old Poland female was charged with theft.

March 24

1:52 p.m. Following a call to J.C. Penneys, 7401 Market St. regarding a shoplifter, Sabrina E. March, 25, 8855 Lake Nora Drive, Indianapolis, Ind., and Andrea C. Davidson, 39, 459 Manchester Ave., Youngstown, were each charged with theft, and Dean A. Groomer, 20, 121 South Sherman Drive, Indianapolis, Ind., was charged with complicity.

3:16 p.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, a 16-year-old Youngstown male was charged with robbery and obstructing official business.

8:05 p.m. Following a call to Gabriel Brothers, 850 Boardman-Poland Road regarding a shoplifter, Wendy L. Bates, 42, 423 Fifth St., Struthers, was charged with theft and was taken into custody on warrants from Canfield, Warren, and Trumbull County.

March 25

3:47 a.m. Custody was taken from Youngstown Police of Kyree R. Grabe, 19, 2024 Trussit Ave., Youngstown, who was under a Boardman warrant for domestic violence.

8:45 p.m. Following a call to the Boardman Inn, 7109 Market St. regarding an assault, a 14-year-old Boardman female was charged with domestic violence.

March 26

6:02 p.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, Jason A. Greguric, 29, 4195 New Road, Austintown, was charged with theft.

7:19 p.m. Following a traffic stop on South Avenue, Christina P. Robertson, 52, 17 Hilton Ave., Youngstown, was taken into custody on a Boardman warrant for theft.

10:14 p.m. Following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter, Nicolette Anzelmo, 22, 51 Lemans Drive, Boardman, and Janae C. Mayes, 23, 367 Erskine Ave., Boardman, were each charged with theft.

March 27

1:15 a.m. Custody was taken from Ohio Highway Patrol troopers of Jon J. Johnston, 33, 45 Smith Road, Hadley, Pa., who was under a Boardman warrant for passing bad checks.

Police also responded to the following during the period:

13 domestic disputes with no arrests made.

22 reports of theft.

5 reports of criminal damaging.

2 reports of telecommunications harassment.
