12:46 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue, Daniel B. Parker, 26, 1040 Bane St., Warren, was charged with possession of marijuana, and Breanna R.Ginter, 22, 911 Newton Drive, Newton Falls, and James A. Salmons, 23, 648 Commerce Ave., Warren, were each cited for open container in a motor vehicle.
1:40 a.m. Following a traffic stop on Ohio 46, Karen S. Pipino, 46, 161 Wilson Ave., Niles, was taken into custody on a Niles Municipal Court warrant for contempt of court.
6:17 p.m. Following a call to 108 Westminister Ave. regarding the theft of a four-wheeler, and a later traffic stop on the suspect vehicle, Gregory Smith, 43, 727 West Warren Ave., Youngstown, was charged with breaking and entering, and Michael E. Neeld, 26, 3915 West Main St., New Waterford, was charged with driving while under suspension and breaking and entering.
9:02 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Notre Dame Avenue, Steve B. Amos, 43, 275 West Martin St., East Palestine, was taken into custody on a Columbiana County warrant for failure to appear.
6:28 p.m. Following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue, Paul N. Stanton Sr., 37, 476 South Raccoon Road, Austintown, was charged with driving while under suspension and possession of a dangerous drug, and was taken into custody on an active warrant out of Niles.
8:00 p.m. Following a call to Sheetz, 5499 Mahoning Ave. regarding a shoplifter, Joseph P. Sattarelle, 23, 131 west Evergreen Ave., Youngstown, was charged with theft.
10:07 p.m. Following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle parked at 67 Westchester Drive, Adam Q. Nieves, 21, 36 West Chalmers St., Youngstown, was charged with possession of marijuana.
9:51 a.m. Following a call to Econo Lodge, 5431 Seventy-Six Drive, regarding a person giving employees a hard time, John J. Winwood, 43, homeless, was taken into custody on a Liberty warrant for failure to appear on making false alarm charges.
