The Boardman High School Parent Teacher Student Association and Students Against Destructive Decisions held a volleyball tournament March 13 in the high school gymnasium to promote positive choices and activities for students. The slogan for the event was ''I've got better things to do than drugs.''

Eighteen teams competed with the winning team receiving a $5 Dunkin' Donuts gift card for each student participating. The winning team will play an exhibition game against a team of high school staff members today, March 20.

Members of SADD along with Elisabeth Miller and Karen Mincher, former SADD adviser, helped organize the event.
