Free meals offered to children

The Austintown Local School District announces that throughout the summer, free meals will be made available to all children 18 years of age and under or persons over 18 who are determined by a state or local public educational agency to be mentally or physically disabled. The meals will be provided in accordance with federal law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy. Meals will be provided at Austintown Middle School, 800 S. Raccoon Road, from June 3 through Aug. 16. Breakfast will be served from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Those taking part are asked to enter through the main entrance doors. Meals will be served in the cafeteria lunch room.
