Hometown rivals John Poullas of Canfield and Mike Audi of Poland face off at the big show during the OHSAA Division II state wrestling tournament, held Feb. 28 and March 1 and 2 in Columbus. Poullas earned seventh place overall in the 170-pound weight class.
Canfield senior John Poullas faced Poland junior Mike Audi during the state wrestling tournament last weekend in Columbus. Poullas defeated Audi 8-3 before falling to Chris Moore of Clyde High School then beat Tyler Maclellan of Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy by pin in 2:28 to earn seventh place overall.
