Leaders get in holiday spirit

The Boardman Center Middle School Student Leadership Council recently spent the day ringing bells for the Salvation Army. Marilyn Scheetz, Leadership Council advisor said, 'It was rewarding to help and it made the kids understand how important it is to give make to the community.'

The Boardman Center Middle School Student Leadership Council celebrated their annual holiday party at retired teacher Maggie Wellington's home. The students enjoyed dinner, holiday games, and caroling. Wellington said, 'I love being part of this annual tradition of BCMS, the kids enjoy singing in the neighborhood.'
