SJIHM presents Christmas program

December 5, 2012
Special to the Town Crier

St. Joseph Immaculate Heart of Mary School is celebrating Christmas early with its young musicians presenting a holiday concert at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10 in the IHM Parish Center.

The fourth- through eighth-grade band, the fourth-grade flutophones and the eighth-grade bell choir will perform holiday classics. Kindergarten through seventh-grade students will sing songs such as "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas," "O Tannebaum," and "Still, Still, Still."

The SJIHM drama club, in its second year, will emcee the event, as well as sing several songs including "O Holy Night."

"People attending should be prepared for surprises throughout the show, including possible Elvis sightings," said drama club Director Nicole Fryfogle.

Admission is free.
