Photo special to the Town Crier
For the eighth year, members of the Fitch Interact Club have created treat bags for children using Hope House in Youngstown, as a friendly visitation setting for families. The facility is located off Glenwood Avenue in Youngstown, and its children sometimes miss trick or treat night in their neighborhoods. Filling the 40 bags to be sent are Interact members, front left to right, Mariah DeFuria, Megan Miller, Jaclynn Choma, Amanda Choma and standing: Courtney Kula, Miranda DeFuria, and Alyssa Conn. Interact members also conduct massive recycling at Fitch, serve at the Rescue Mission once a month, help the Austintown Rotary with their Kirk Road cleanup twice a year, and conduct other community service projects.
