David and Susan Hutnyan of Boardman, and John and Donna Carbon of Canfield, are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children, Rachel Hutnyan and John Carbon.
The couple will exchange wedding vows at 3 p.m. Nov. 17 at St. Christine Church in Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at Ciminero's Banquet Centere in Niles.
The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in nursing and is a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.
