Canfield Community Chest and Canfield Care Net will join forces from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, as they host the Canfield Cares Summer Salvage, the proceeds from which will benefit the charitable efforts of the two organizations.
The event, sponsored by the staff of Canfield Schools, and the Canfield Education Association, will take place in the Canfield High School parking lot next to Cardinal Drive, and will include a rummage sale, bake sale, Chinese auction, silent auction, and 50/50 drawing.
