AAC names Fitch players all league

The All American Conference has chosen its all league players of the year the 2012 spring sports season.

For boys baseball, Fitch's Logan Kane and Anthony Paris were named to the First Team AAC and Zarek Bell received Honorable Mention.

In softball, Cali Mikovich and Megan Carney were named to the First Team, while Alessandra Corradi was Honorable Mention.

In boys track, Sam Ortz was recognized for 110 meter hurdles; Nathan Bowlen for 110 meter run; Joe Harrington, Tarise Wolfe, Rob Venters and Nathan Bowlen for the 4x200 relay; Ty-Reesa Anderson, Wolfe, Venters and Bowlen for the 4x100 relay; Venters for the 200; Daniel Rivera for the 300 hurdles; Jay Jakovina, Venters, Rivera and Wolfe for the 4x400 relay; Billy Price for shot put and discus; Jakovina for high jump and long jump; and Dylan Latone for pole vault.

In girls track, Theresa Scott was recognized for the 100 meters run; Amber Brown, Jenna Yacavone, Ebony Davis and Scott for the 4x200 relay; Brown, Yacavone, Lauren Bower and Scott for the 4x100 relay; Jayme Ritchie for the 300 hurdles; Brown for the 200; Gabby Figueroa for shot put and discus; Paige Henley for high jump and long jump; and Kayla Bailey for pole vault.

In tennis, Josh Herington was Honorable Mention in the American Division.
