Watson marries Farr in fall rite

Austintown Community Church was the setting for the fall wedding of Jennifer N. Watson, daughter of Beau and Cheri Watson, and William S. Farr, son of Kimberly Edwards and Darryl Farr, on Oct. 29, 2011 which was officiated by the Rev. Gary Marcey.

The bride wore an ivory, strapless, tulle gown with a floral design accented with pearls, sequins, and a black sash.

Serving as maid of honor was Mary Campbell of Canfield, future sister-in-law of the bride. Bridesmaids were Katie Dunn of Austintown, friend of the bride; Amanda Watson of Louisville, sister-in-law of the bride; Allison Spadaford of Austintown, and Bailey Carson of Austintown, both friends of the bride. They wore black dresses with pink flowers accenting their hair. Jenna Chmelik of Austintown, cousin of the bride, was the junior bridesmaid. She wore a pink dress with a black flower accenting her hair. Flowergirls were Ashley Chmelik of Austintown, cousin of the bride and Callie Duncan of Villa Rica, Ga., cousin of the groom. They wore white dresses that were accented with roses and pearls and wore crowns of flowers upon their heads.

Serving as best man was Corey Callow of Struthers, friend of the couple; while ushers were Thomas Mannion of Struthers, friend of the groom; Andrew Watson of Louisville, brother of the bride; Michael Saltsman of Struthers, friend the groom; and Travis Watson of Austintown, brother of the groom. Junior usher was Joseph Watson of Salem, cousin of the bride. Ring bearer was David Watson of Salem, cousin of the bride.

The bride is attending Youngstown State University and majoring in nursing. The groom is serving in the United States Air Force.

The couple will be taking a delayed honeymoon and will be making their home in Boise, Idaho.
