The Mahoning County Green Team urges those with standard-sized, yard signs to recycle them after the upcoming election if they will not he used again. The yard signs should be dropped-off and stacked in the rear parking lot of the South Side Annex, 2801 Market St., Youngstown, during daylight hours Monday through Friday.
