The Falcon Forward committee has won thanks and praise from the Austintown Fitch basketball program for its continued support. The Fitch men's team now has improved locker room facilities thanks to a $5,500 contribution from the Falcon Forward Committee.
"It's really made a difference. Our previous facility was rundown and we needed to do something," said Falcon head coach Brian Beanny. "Falcon Forward stepped up as they have in the past. We really appreciate all they do."
Last year Falcon Forward also supported the renovation and upgrade of the women's locker room at Fitch gymnasium and has supported several other recent gym upgrade projects.
