Jan. 1

12:04 a.m. - Felonious assault was reported following investigation of an incident at a Brandomyne Drive residence. The victim was taken by ambulance to St. Elizabeth Hospital. Following a subsequent traffic stop at Brandomyne Drive and Bainbridge Avenue, police arrested Thomas R. Neopolitan III, 25, 1619 West Hampton Drive, for felonious assault, aggravated menacing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

12:42 a.m. - Following investigation of a single-vehicle accident on Orkney Avenue at Dunbar, police arrested Brian J. Schlosser, 39, 687 Notre Dame Ave., for felony OVI.

12:48 a.m. - Auto theft was reported from the parking lot of Go-Go Girls Cabaret, 5455 Clarkins Road. The vehicle was recovered nearby a short time later.

2:45 a.m. - Following investigation of a fight at a construction site on Riblett Road, police arrested Hale H. Burkholder III, 32, 4078 Evaline St. SE, Warren, on a failure to appear warrant from Warren Municipal Court and for drug abuse (marijuana). He was also cited for driving under suspension and driving on a closed roadway.

2:41 a.m. - Theft was reported after merchandise was shoplifted from Pilot, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

11:26 a.m. - Theft from auto was reported from a Yorktown Lane residence.

5:03 p.m. - A sex offense was reported at St. Elizabeth Hospital Youngstown regarding a sexual assault between Club Privilege, 1743 S. Raccoon Road, and the victim's home on Donald Avenue.

10:55 p.m. - Domestic violence was reported following an incident at an Idlewood Road residence.

1:18 a.m. - Domestic violence was reported following an incident at a Compass West apartment.

2:02 a.m. - Domestic violence was reported following an incident at a Tulane Avenue residence.

10:57 a.m. - Breaking and entering was reported from a vacant residence on New Road.

5:51 p.m. - Telecommunications harassment was reported from a New Road residence.

5:57 p.m. - Theft of services was reported from Carl's Towing, 6704 Mahoning Ave.

7:43 p.m. - Theft was reported after customers left without paying their bill at BW3, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

10:06 p.m. - Employee theft was reported following an internal investigation at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

8:10 a.m. - Burglary was reported from a South Meridian Road residence.

10:00 a.m. - Theft/fraud was reported at the station.

10:19 a.m. - Theft from auto was reported from a Fairmeadow Drive residence.

11:53 a.m. - Assault was reported regarding a previous incident at an Eastwind Place residence.

3:21 p.m. - Theft was reported after merchandise was shoplifted from Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

9:10 p.m. - Menacing was reported from a Compass West apartment.

Jan. 4

8:08 a.m. - Theft was reported after a shopper's money orders were stolen at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

7:36 p.m. - Following investigation of a domestic dispute at Econo Lodge, 5431 Seventy-Six Drive, police arrested Erica L. Goeden, 23, above address #102, on a failure to appear warrant from Mahoning County Court #4.

1:28 p.m. - Theft was reported from a Westchester Drive apartment.

12:12 p.m. - Identity theft was reported from a Vollmer Drive residence.

Jan. 5

7:16 a.m. - Criminal damaging auto was reported from a Willowcrest Drive residence.

10:32 a.m. - Telecommunications harassment was reported from a Woodridge Drive residence.

11:29 a.m. - Theft was reported after merchandise was shoplifted and gasoline was stolen from BP, 3107 S. Canfield-Niles Road.

12:15 p.m. - Menacing by stalking was reported from a Pembrook Road apartment.

1:31 p.m. - Menacing was reported from a New Road residence.

3:05 p.m. - Fraud was reported from an Idaho Road residence.

9:33 p.m. - An Austintown juvenile entered as a runaway was located and apprehended at a Compass West residence.
