After a busy trip to the grocery store, where the students followed their lists, and purchased items for their upcoming Thanksgiving feast, it was time to relax and have lunch. Choosing their own menu items and paying for their own meals was just one more goal the incorporated into the students’ day. CVMS student Alexis Ghent enjoyed her lunch in the company of teacher Kate Fitzgerald.
Under the direction of Tony Olin, Thomas Beck, Robert Nottingham, and Adrian Sadlak jumped right into the food prep, tearing bread for the stuffing.
