Attending were 150 students from 15 Interact Clubs, which is a high school branch of Rotary International. Locally, students from Canfield, Boardman, Struthers, Austintown, East Palestine, Salem, and Warren were present. Topics ranged from club projects to scholarships, exchange student opportunities, college Rotaract clubs, group study exchanges, networking, and service opportunities. Breakfast, lunch, and gym time were also incorporated in this program planned by Gina Dermotta from Salem and Tom Barringer from Struthers.
The girls from Fitch Interact who attended included Jaclynn Choma, Spencer Skolnick, Kayleigh Choma, Sierra DuBois, and Latrice Nelson. Adrianna Haber of Boardman also joined in with the Fitch girls for the event.
