Widmann, Kimmel to unite in New Orleans

Mary and Harry Widmann of Metairie, La., and Karen and James Kimmel of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their children, Michelle Widmann and Brent Kimmel, both of Washington, D.C.

The wedding celebration will be held in the French Quarter of New Orleans, La. The couple will exchange vows in a late afternoon ceremony Saturday, Nov. 5 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. A reception will immediately follow the ceremony at Arnaud's Restaurant. Invitations have been issued for both events.

Miss Widmann graduated from Newcomb College at Tulane University in New Orleans with a bachelor’s degree in political economy. She is the press secretary for the American Association for Justice in Washington, D.C.

A 1998 graduate of Boardman High School, Mr. Kimmel graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He is the technical director for the Association of American Law Schools in Washington, D.C.
