Alpha Omega Document Management will be at Mill Creek Golf Course from 10 a.m. through 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22 to shred up to five boxes of personal papers for area residents.
This service is offered at no cost; however, donations are appreciated. All of the money raised will benefit the new driving range and learning center that is under construction at Mill Creek Golf Course.
According to Jerry Ambrosia, Alpha Omega representative, shredding is not only an efficient way to dispose of unwanted papers, it helps prevent identity theft.
“Shredding is environmentally friendly,” said Jerry. “The shredded paper is recycled, and doesn’t end up in a landfill. Furthermore, it’s a secure way to get rid of all of those papers containing your name, address and other personal information.”
