Sept. 25

2:11 a.m. - Following investigation of a suspicious person in the parking lot of Leonard Kirtz School, 4801 Woodridge Drive, police arrested Matthew A. Bagoly, 25, no address, for possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia, with further charges pending investigation.

5:08 p.m. - Police took custody of David P. Collins, 26, 7421 West Blvd., Boardman, who had been arrested by Boardman PD on a failure to appear warrant from Mahoning County Court #4.

5:41 p.m. - Menacing was reported from a Rosemont Avenue residence.

6:38 p.m. - Theft of a motorcycle was reported from a Yorktown Lane residence.



Sept. 26

9:04 a.m. - Marc A. Chicase, 34, 719 Nelbert Lane, Boardman, was arrested at Mahoning County Court #4, 6000 Mahoning Ave., on a public indecency warrant.

9:43 a.m. - Attempted burglary was reported from an Idlewood Road residence.

10:36 a.m. - Theft from auto was reported from a South Raccoon Road residence.

12:08 p.m. - Fraud was reported from a Burkey Road residence.

1:45 p.m. - A disturbance was reported following an altercation between students at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive. A pair of students were arrested for disorderly conduct, with a third arrested for obstructing official business.

2:53 p.m. - Theft was reported regarding a short-change incident at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

7:51 p.m. - Attempted auto theft from the parking lot of Shotz, 3713 Oakwood Ave. was reported at the station.

8:52 p.m. - Aggravated menacing was reported following a road rage incident at Westminster Avenue and North Four Mile Run Road.

11:33 p.m. - Fraud was reported from a South Raccoon Road residence.



Sept. 27

2:45 a.m. - Following a traffic stop on Ohio 46 at Interstate 80, police arrested Jeffrey D. Anderson, 21, 3157 Congress Lake Road, Mogadore, on warrants out of Muskingum and Columbiana counties.

7:30 a.m. - Telecomm harassment was reported from a Sterling Street residence.

10:48 a.m. - Domestic violence at a North Turner Road residence was reported at the station.

2:16 p.m. - Criminal trespassing was reported following an incident outside a Sterling Street residence. Robin M. Norman, 43, 222 Washington Ave., Niles, was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital for evaluation and was subsequently charged with criminal trespass.

4:23 p.m. - Mark A. Piroch, 23, 128 N. Main St., was arrested for theft after shoplifting merchandise from Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

4:57 p.m. - Autumn M. Verity, 33, 907 Warren Ave., Niles, was arrested on a theft warrant from Mahoning County Court #4 after turning herself in at the station.

5:00 p.m. - Police took custody of George C. Vaughn, 40, 879 Miller Road, Ravenna, who had been arrested by North Jackson PD on a theft warrant from Mahoning County Court #4.

5:25 p.m. - A Girard 17-year-old was arrested for domestic violence following an incident at the Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic, 5211 Mahoning Ave.



Sept. 28

12:24 a.m. - Attempted breaking and entering was reported from Lucianno’s Restaurant, 1739 S. Raccoon Road.

12:45 a.m. - Two counts of criminal damaging auto were reported from the lot at D&L Auto Sales, 1213 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

10:54 a.m. - Criminal damaging auto was reported from T/A Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

12:32 p.m. - Theft was reported from the office of Financial Concepts, 5211 Mahoning Ave.

2:15 p.m. - Theft was reported from a Burkey Road residence.

3:44 p.m. - Theft from auto was reported from Speedway, 4401 Kirk Road.

4:01 p.m. - A juvenile runaway report was taken at a Cannon Road residence.

4:24 p.m. - Violation of a protection order was reported from a North Turner Road residence.

5:30 p.m. - Brian K. Kennedy, 42, 2550 S. Raccoon Road #5, was arrested for domestic violence after turning himself in at the station.

6:39 p.m. - Aggravated burglary was reported following an incident at a Burkey Road residence.



Sept. 29

5:27 a.m. - Theft from auto was reported from the lot at Polaris Industries, 500 Victoria Road.

7:34 a.m. - Auto theft from the lot at Polaris Industries, 500 Victoria Road, was reported at the station.

2:11 p.m. - Theft was reported after gasoline was stolen from BP Uni-Mart, 3602 Mahoning Ave.

2:26 p.m. - Fraud was reported from a Westmont Drive residence.

6:46 p.m. - Following a brief high-speed pursuit on Mahoning Avenue and South Navarre Avenue, police arrested Austin C. Chance, 18, 2277 Innwood Drive, for failure to comply (fleeing and eluding), and issued him four traffic citations.

10:09 p.m. - Criminal damaging was reported from a South Raccoon Road apartment.

11:26 p.m. - Assault was reported following an incident at Shotz, 3713 Oakwood Ave.
