Mr. and Mrs. Matthew McKay of Pensacola, Fla., would like to announce the celebration of their marriage. The former Eiryn Cain Latsko, daughter of Denise McMahon Latsko and the late Rodney Latsko, and Matthew David McKay, son of Christine McKay, were united in marriage on Nov. 13, 2010.

The intimate ceremony, officiated by Mr. Christopher Drombetta, was held at The Youngstown Club and was attended by 60 guests. The bridal party included maid of honor Maeson Latsko, the bride’s sister, and best man Isaac Latsko, the bride’s brother. The groom’s sister, Meredith McKay and bride’s sister, Quynn Latsko, served as bridesmaids. Guests were welcomed with the playing of bagpipes by close family friends Cathy Drombetta and Theresa Carr, who also played as the bride walked down the aisle and throughout the ceremony.

Following the ceremony, the couple hosted a private dinner reception, also at the Youngstown Club.

Mrs. McKay graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in nursing and is employed as a nurse in the intensive care unit at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola. Mr. McKay graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with a degree in meteorology and aviation before attending Officer Training School for the U.S. Air Force in April 2010. He is currently training to be a combat systems officer for the 773rd Airlift Squadron at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station.

Once Mr. McKay’s training is complete, the couple will reside in Poland.
