Sept. 18

7:41 a.m. - Theft was reported after merchandise was shoplifted from Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

8:18 a.m. - Theft was reported from a Vollmer Drive residence.

9:30 a.m. - Criminal damaging auto was reported from a Burkey Road residence.

10:01 a.m. - Theft was reported after a customer’s checkbook was stolen at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

12:11 p.m. - Felonious assault was reported following an earlier incident at Bill’s Place, 4771 Mahoning Ave.

3:41 p.m. - Aggravated robbery was reported following a mugging outside of Comprehensive Logistics, 365 Victoria Road. The victim was subsequently taken to Northside Hospital.

8:18 p.m. - Breaking and entering was reported from a vacant rsion Fairmeadow Drive.

8:33 p.m. - Breaking and entering was reported from a vacant residence on Rita Avenue.

9:11 p.m. - David W. Hoskin, 27, 6660 Abbott St., Youngstown, was arrested for theft after shoplifting merchandise from Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

10:23 p.m. - An Austintown 14-year-old was arrested for domestic violence following an incident at a Central Avenue residence.

10:35 p.m. - Assault was reported following an altercation on Staatz Drive.



Sept. 19

3:54 a.m. - Criminal damaging auto was reported from the parking lot of 4569 Kirk Road.

10:28 a.m. - Frankie E. Lockett, 20, 919 Main Ave. SW, Warren, was arrested for criminal trespass following an incident at a Compass West apartment.

11:47 a.m. - Breaking and entering was reported from Youngstown Bending and Rolling, 3710 Hendricks Road.

6:41 p.m. - Mary F. Baun, 57, 738 GlenPark Road, Boardman, was arrested for theft following a tag-switching incident at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

7:49 p.m. - Justin W. Baun, 29, 738 Glen Park Road, Boardman, was arrested for disorderly conduct at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave., in an incident related to the above arrest. He was also cited for DUS.



Sept. 20

3:49 a.m. - Cherol D. Martin, 52, 171 S. Edgehill Ave., received a summons for loud barking dogs on her property.

12:01 p.m. - Breaking and entering was reported from a vacant residence on Georgetown Place.

12:23 p.m. - Violation of a protection order was reported at the station.

12:59 p.m. - Following investigation of suspicious activity outside 5800 Mahoning Ave., police arrested Moses Mason III, 38, 545 Michelle Drive, Antioch, Tenn., on a delinquency of child support warrant from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

1:57 p.m. - Aggravated burglary was reported from an Oakleigh Avenue residence.



Sept. 21

3:00 a.m. - Police took custody of Rosemary J. Labato, 50, 330 Sleepy Hollow Drive, Canfield, who had been arrested by Canfield PD on a theft warrant from Mahoning County Court #4.

6:49 a.m. - Samuel J. Collins, 25, 476 Garland Drive, Niles, was arrested for criminal trespass at Pilot, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

10:07 a.m. - Fraud was reported from a North Main Street residence.

11:15 a.m. - Criminal damaging auto was reported in the parking lot of Crestwood Center, 25 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

12:06 p.m. - Fraud was reported from a Viall Road residence.

12:14 p.m. - Violation of a protection order was reported at the station.

1:13 p.m. - Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported from a Maplecrest Drive residence.

2:54 p.m. - Craig M. Reeder, 47, no address, was arrested for criminaltrespass and drunken/disorderly conduct in the parking lot of Pilot, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

2:54 p.m. - Attempted suicide was reported from a Westminster Drive apartment. The victim was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

3:14 p.m. - Assault was reported following an incident at an Allendale Avenue residence.

3:15 p.m. - Domenick Albergo, 48, 711 S. Raccoon Road, was arrested for theft after shoplifting merchandise from Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

4:08 p.m. - Theft was reported after an employee’s wallet was stolen at Economy Inn, 1051 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

4:56 p.m. - Jody L. Yaple, 34, 4554 Bessemer St., Youngstown, was arrested for theft after shoplifting merchandise from Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

7:30 p.m. - A sex offense was reported following a public masturbation incident in the parking lot of Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

8:01 p.m. - Menacing was reported following an incident at a Woodleigh Lane residence.



Sept. 22

1:42 a.m. - Three counts of criminal damaging auto was reported from a Mahoning Avenue residence.

9:28 a.m. - Attempted breaking and entering was reported from Billy’s, 40 S. Meridian Road.

10:22 a.m. - Theft was reported from an East Webb Road residence.

12:53 p.m. - Theft from auto was reported from the lot at King Kar Motors, 4120 Mahoning Ave.

1:27 p.m. - Theft from auto was reported from the carport at 4574 Woodhurst Blvd.

1:28 p.m. - Theft was reported from a Kirk Road apartment.

2:00 p.m. - Criminal damaging was reported from an Innwood Drive residence.

4:20 p.m. - Fraud was reported from a Pembrook Road residence.

4:24 p.m. - Breaking and entering was reported from a vacant residence on South Inglewood Avenue.

5:16 p.m. - Theft/fraud was reported at the station.

7:02 p.m. - Police took custody of Lesa E. Paris, 33, 105 Hazelwood Ave., Youngstown, who had been arrested by Weathersfield PD on a theft warrant from Mahoning County Court #4. Following a search of Paris, she was also arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of possession of drugs.

7:22 p.m. - Burglary was reported from a West Webb Road residence.

9:22 p.m. - Police took custody of Sharon A. Pavelko, 38, 215 Steel St. #3, Youngstown, who had been arrested by Struthers PD on a warrant of failure to comply with probation from Mahoning County Court #4.

9:46 p.m. - Criminal damaging auto was reported from the parking lot of BW3, 6000 Mahoning Ave.
