Aug. 21

12:04 a.m. - Telecommunications harassment was reported from a Moorefield Road residence.

1:00 a.m. - Following investigation of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of 1073 Compass West, police arrested Nathan Hamilton, 23, 427 Oak Alley, McKees Rocks, Pa., for possession of marijuana.

4:44 a.m. - Following investigation of a 911 hang-up, domestic violence was reported from a Mahoning Avenue residence.

10:48 a.m. - Theft from auto was reported from a carport at 4603 Deer Creek Court.

12:59 p.m. - Following investigation of a suspicious person in the parking lot of T/A Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive, police arrested Tara M. Stewart, 21, 435 Spring St., Struthers, for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug abuse instruments, and on a theft warrant from the Mahoning County Sheriff's Office.

1:06 p.m. - Burglary was reported from a vacant apartment on South Raccoon Road.

2:18 p.m. - Telecommunications harassment was reported from Countryside Drive Thru, 888 N. Meridian Road.

2:19 p.m. - Ronald W. Catrone, 69, 304 1/2 Idlewood Drive, Youngstown, and Cecilia F. Catrone, 67, same address, were arrested for theft from Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave., after turning themselves in at the station.

6:12 p.m. - Following a report of suspicious persons outside a Compass West residence, police arrested Joshua M. Dailey, 18, 113 S. Roanoke Ave., Youngstown, and an Austintown juvenile were arrested for criminal trespassing.

8:13 p.m. - Theft was reported from a North Raccoon Road residence.



Aug. 22

9:37 a.m. - Criminal damaging was reported from Lynn Kirk Elementary School, 4211 Evelyn Road.

12:13 p.m. - Felonious assault was reported following an incident at Comprehensive Logistics, 365 Victoria Road.

12:57 p.m. - Theft was reported from outside Walrus Subs, 1305 S. Raccoon Road.

4:31 p.m. - Criminal damaging was reported from a South Turner Road residence.

5:34 p.m. - Theft in the parking lot of Go-Go Girls Cabaret, 5455 Clarkins Drive, was reported at the station.

5:38 p.m. - Burglary was reported from a Monaca Avenue residence.

7:00 p.m. - Theft was reported after merchandise was shoplifted from Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

7:11 p.m. - Telecommunications harassment was reported at the station.

9:46 p.m. - Telecommunications harassment was reported at the station.

10:02 p.m. - Two counts of criminal damaging auto were reported from a South Warwick Drive residence.



Aug. 23

12:10 a.m. - Following investigation of a domestic dispute at a Deer Creek Court apartment, police arrested Ashley N. Ozias, 25, 4611 Deer Creek Court #6, on a failure to appear warrant from the Trumbull County Sheriff’s Office.

6:18 a.m. - Criminal damaging auto was reported from a Frostwood Drive residence.

9:13 a.m. - Attempted B&E was reported from Famous Hair, 1698 S. Raccoon Road.

9:27 a.m. - Criminal damaging auto was reported from a Westminster Avenue residence.

12:34 p.m. - Following reported complaint from Woodledge Avenue, police cited Samuel P. Kent, 24, 4247 Coolidge Ave., Lincoln Park, Mich., for soliciting without a permit.

3:33 p.m. - James E. Cox, 22, 79 Indianola Road, Boardman, was arrested for theft after shoplifting merchandise from Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

8:59 p.m. - Following a traffic stop on Ohio 11 at Mahoning Avenue, police arrested Brad M. Wilson, 29, 4055 South Ave., Lot #140, on warrants of receiving stolen property and failure to appear from the Mahoning County Sheriff's Office.

9:20 p.m. - Telecommunications harassment was reported from an Old Farm Trail residence.

10:43 p.m. - Criminal damaging auto was reported from the parking lot of 60 N. Raccoon Road.

11:43 p.m. - Criminal damaging was reported from a New Hampshire Court apartment.



Aug. 24

10:15 a.m. - Kyle J. Sheridan, 19, 622 Notre Dame Ave., was arrested at his residence on a failure to appear warrant from Mahoning County Court #4.

10:45 a.m. - Aggravated menacing was reported following an incident at Woodforest National Bank, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

12:20 p.m. - Attempted theft from auto was reported from a Westminster Ave. residence.

3:23 p.m. - Theft was reported after gasoline was stolen from Country Fair, 1143 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

3:36 p.m. - Fraud was reported at the station.

5:27 p.m. - A drug offense was reported following a consented search of a Deer Creek Court apartment. Charges are pending investigation.

6:10 p.m. - Menacing was reported following an incident at Belleria Pizza, 3460 S. Meridian Road.

6:34 p.m. - Theft from auto was reported from the parking lot of Hampton Inn, 880 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

6:37 p.m. - A lost/stolen license plate was reported at the station.

7:28 p.m. - Domestic violence was reported following an incident at a Compass West apartment.

8:07 p.m. - Jamie L. Wetzel, 27, 9220 Mahoning Ave., North Jackson #36, was arrested for receiving stolen property after she was found with a stolen license plate at Trax Lounge, 4250 New Road.

8:10 p.m. - Assault was reported following an incident at a Darbyshire Drive apartment.



Aug. 25

12:07 a.m. - Assault was reported following an altercation in the parking lot of The Babylon, 114 Javit Court.

6:59 a.m. - Theft was reported following an internal investigation of missing cash at McDonald’s, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

4:07 p.m. - Kayla C. Cramer, 18, 3808 Cannon Road, was arrested for theft after shoplifting merchandise from Dots, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

6:17 p.m. - Criminal damaging auto was reported from the parking lot of 4616 New Hampshire Court.

8:48 p.m. - Theft from auto was reported from the parking lot of Kmart, 4755 Mahoning Ave.

10:41 p.m. - John F. Arcuri Jr., 28, 2922 Warren Ave., McDonald, was cited for an open container violation in the parking lot of Shotz, 3713 Oakwood Ave.
