Andrew Cessna, Nicholas Cessna and Lee Billock, all of Boardman, lent a hand to the Mahoning County Education Service Center last week as part of a work crew that cleaned and prepared the Education Hall for exhibits from schools all over the county. The boys cleaned the old display paper backing from each booth in the building and installed new. Following the art judging, the helped hang the pieces in time for the fair’s opening day.
