Bev Strollo of Austintown, Donna Slater of Youngstown, and Vera Orosz of Canfield put in a strong effort last week to clean up the Colonial Inn at the Canfield Fairgrounds in time for this year’s fair. In less than two weeks the fair will open and the Colonial Inn will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The fairground restuarant is operated by members of Austintown Community Church, to which the three women belong. When they left last Thursday, the building smelled as fresh as a flower garden.
