Squelching a top concern, “Nobody ever gets in trouble at Hilltop Elementary School,” said school Principal Cathy Mowry, as she animatedly assured the group of soon-to-be kindergarteners at Hilltop’s annual Kindergarten Big School Visit.
Offering incoming kindergarteners the opportunity to meet their principal then tour the school’s library, kindergarten classrooms, hallways, and gymnasium, the annual event was a success as the youngsters warmed up to their soon to be first “big” school experience.
