Hosting its ninth annual “Rock the Block” party, residents of Boardman’s Fredricksburg Drive spent time catching up with neighbors, entertaining the children, and joining together for a celebration that has become somewhat a thing of the past.
With plans for next year's 10th anniversary already under way, there’s no telling what these cul-de-sac cohorts will be up to next year.
