Senga and Liptak united in marriage in July

Yoshiki and Tomoko Senga of Gamagori, Japan, and Ron and Connie Liptak of Poland announce the marriage of their children, Mina Senga and Zac Liptak.

The couple was married at Nunoike Cathedral of Ss. Peter and Paul in Nagoya, Japan, on July 9. They met four years ago while attending Nanzan University in Nagoya, where the bride received a degree in French and the groom in Japanese language and culture.

The bride wore a white satin and lace gown and a mantilla veil. She was attended by her sister, Miho Senga.

The groom's brother, Dr. Jude Liptak of Williamsburg, Va., was the best man. Nine family members and friends attended the wedding.

Mr. Liptak received his undergraduate degrees in physics and Japanese from the University of Notre Dame and is presently a third-year grad student in the doctoral physics program at the University of Texas, Austin.

The couple honeymooned in Singapore and Malaysia. They will reside in Austin, Texas.
