Poland Middle School Football team gets it in gear

Early morning conditioning at the high school for the Poland Middle School football team included taking time out for a water break. In morning sessions the temperature was 88 degrees and humid. “It is important that these kids get enough water to stay hydrated during these hot and humid days”, said Colella during last Friday’s conditioning.

Line Coach Carl Furano for Poland runs a drill with the Shoot Machine, which helps the young athletes to stay low and move fast.
