The Town Crier
New Life Lutheran Church in Liberty was the setting for the early spring wedding of Joseph R. Habina and his bride, Kelly J. Roman, on March 5. The Rev. William Wessner officiated at the 4 p.m. ceremony that united the daughter of Mike and Carol Roman of Youngstown and the son of Bob and Lynne Habina of Eastlake. A reception was held in their honor at Andrews Education Hall in Canfield that evening.

The bride wore a white scooped V-neck dress with navy ribbon and white-and-navy beading adorning the dress and navy train. Navy blue and grape-colored gowns were worn by Renee Miller, the sister of the bride and matron of honor, Holly Rexroad, cousin of the bride and maid of honor, and bridesmaids Holly Elswick, Jessica Fisher, Nadine Anderson and Julie Loncar, cousins of the bride, and Stefanie Oskar, niece of the groom. The flower girl was Elyssa Zack.

The duties of best man were performed by John Maletic, the groom’s brother, and Mark Miller, the bride’s brother-in-law. The groomsmen were Mike Maletic, brother of the groom, Brian Bathory and Tyler Loncar, cousins of the bride, Ryan Ostkar, nephew of the groom, and Patrick Nolan. The ring bearer was Gabriel Miller, the bride’s nephew.

Both the bride and groom are attending Ross Medical Education Center in Niles. Mr. Habina is a security officer with St. Moritz Security in Austintown. The new Mrs. Habina is a server at Wedgewood Lanes in Austintown. They live in Youngstown.
