Leone and Poweski to exchange vows at St. Columba

The engagement and upcoming marriage of Lisa Marie Leone, daughter of Philip and Nancy Leone of Canfield and the late Jacquelyn Leone, and Thaddeus Robert Poweski, son of Bob and Mary Beth Poweski of Howland, is being announced by their parents.

The couple will be married at 2 p.m. Sept. 3 at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown and will be honored afterward at a reception at Avalon Inn at Buhl Park Country Club in Sharon, Pa. Invitations will be issued.

Dr. Leone earned her bachelor’s degree at John Carroll University and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in Columbus. She is currently enrolled in the endodontic residency program at OSU and is working toward a master’s in science.

Mr. Poweski received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from John Carroll University and is employed by Automatic Data Processing as a district manager within their major accounts division.

The couple resides in Columbus.
