July ceremony to unite Democko and Turk

Paul and Jackie Democko of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Nicole Lyn Democko of Boardman, and Jeremiah Michael Turk, son of Ralph and Carolyn Turk, all of Orwell.

The bride-to-be graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in education. She is a kindergarten teacher for Lakeview Local Schools. She also has a master's degree in early childhood education.

The prospective groom graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering. He is a project manager for Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.

The couple has chosen July 23 for their wedding at 2:30 p.m. at Bridge of Hope Church in Boardman and their reception at The Embassy in Boardman. Invitations will be extended for both events.
