The Ohio Magic Fastpitch Softball organization held an ASA Eastern Nationals qualifier tournament June 24 to 26 at Canfield’s McCune Park and was open to 12-and-under, 14-and-under, 16-and-under and 18-and-under age divisions.
The tournament consisted of 35 teams from all over Ohio and western Pennsylvania. More than 100 games were held, which ended in single elimination games. The winners from each age division were then eligible for play in the national ASA/USA tournaments, scheduled for late July.
