Special delivery by Brownie Troop 157

May 19, 2011
Special to Town Crier
Brownie Troop 157 from Holy Family School provided a special delivery of a very different kind when they donated handmade baby blankets for the premature babies in the Special Care Nursery at Akron Children's Hospital located in St. Elizabeth's Health Center. Nurse manager Mary Ellen Michael met with the girls on May 5, explaining the special care each baby receives in the nursery. The family of each baby will take a blanket home when their infant is ready to leave the nursery.
