The Boardman Center Middle School track team placed several runners at the "Waldo" Ward Middle School Relays at Columbiana on May 2.
Taking third place in the distance medley was the Boardman team of Catie Groubert, Katie Blaine, Irina Sprankle, and Jordan Grantonic.
The team of Anna Saxton, Franchesca Cardillo, Taylor Thomas, and Grantonic captured third in the 4x600 relay, and the team of Groubert, Saxton, Sprankle, and Grantonic made three’s a charm after they captured third in the 4x400 relay.
